American Motorcycle racing championship series is an offshoot of the sport of motocross. The only difference between Motorcross and Supercross is that Motorcross takes place on natural terrain and Supercross takes place on the artificial terrain. It is an off-road motorcycle race that involves a lot of steep jumps and obstacles. The tracks are made inside the sports stadium and for this easy accessibility of the stadium enabled Supercross to surpass the motocross in case of all biker fans.

The Supercross event started in 1974, and from then this has been a great successful event in America, and the popularity is huge and is no less than other sports like NFL, Soccer, Tennis, or any other sports of the same stature. Each year three champions of Supercross Championship are awarded. This is a 450cc Championship which is very prestigious.
